About The Position

This role is the execution engine for all customer-facing technical training, responsible for delivering training during implementation, supporting customers through the onboarding experience, and producing and maintaining the technical content assets that support learning at every stage of the customer journey. This is a collaborative, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of product knowledge, instructional delivery, and cross-functional partnership. The right person is comfortable in front of customers, works well across teams, and takes pride in producing clear and accurate technical content. You will work closely with the L&D Manager and operate within an established program structure, standards, and strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering technical or product training to customers or end users in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfort facilitating live training sessions, both virtually and in person, for varying audience sizes and technical backgrounds.
  • Experience producing technical content such as Iorad videos, screen recordings, or step-by-step technical walkthroughs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you know how to work with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams without losing momentum.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow established content standards consistently.
  • A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
  • Actively using AI tools to improve the quality and speed of your work, and can speak to specific ways you've integrated them into how you get things done.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Insurtech or compliance-adjacent industries
  • Familiarity with AgentSync or insurance distribution and licensing workflows
  • Experience supporting customer implementations or onboarding programs
  • Experience working in a lean team or startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical product training and facilitate sold training packages to customers, both virtually and in person, adapting delivery to the technical proficiency of each audience.
  • Produce and maintain Iorad videos, technical product walkthroughs, and develop customer-facing workflow guides and technical documentation.
  • Partner with Implementation, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure training is aligned with the customer's onboarding timeline and goals.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager and internal SMEs to translate product releases and changes into updated training experiences and content.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all technical production assets in learning platforms like LearnUpon, adhering to established content standards.
  • Travel 20% for onsite customer classroom sessions and implementation kickoffs.
