This role is the execution engine for all customer-facing technical training, responsible for delivering training during implementation, supporting customers through the onboarding experience, and producing and maintaining the technical content assets that support learning at every stage of the customer journey. This is a collaborative, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of product knowledge, instructional delivery, and cross-functional partnership. The right person is comfortable in front of customers, works well across teams, and takes pride in producing clear and accurate technical content. You will work closely with the L&D Manager and operate within an established program structure, standards, and strategy.
