This position exists to provide various safety/compliance/manufacturing training for employees throughout the Arizona manufacturing facilities.

Requirements

This position will be 1st shift but will need to adjust schedules to meet demands on 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver assembly, sheet metal fabrication, and material handling related training
Deliver compliance related training
Conduct new hire onboarding with manufacturing employees
Develop training timetables to meet needs of the business
Conduct training needs assessments
Conduct training content reviews
Serve as the administrator for the online Learning Management System
Track training completions and general recordkeeping
Other duties as assigned.
