This position would be responsible for assisting with the development of policies and procedures, development and implementation of monitoring tools, provide technical assistance to support various project and implementation teams, provide project management services, coordination of training strategies, managing day-to-day operational aspects of multiple large-scale projects. This position will provide program/project management support for several initiatives, projects, and procurements within OLTL’s Bureau of Fee for Service. The position supports the tracking of OLTL procurement activities to include renewal and reporting dates as well as monitors upcoming procurements. The position also acts as an OLTL program office liaison for Procurement activities. Several example project descriptions are included below. OLTL administers certain home and community-based programs for eligible individuals, through with participants may elect to receive Participant Directed Services (PDS). Individuals receiving PDS through a consumer-directed service model utilize the services of a Vendor Fiscal/Employer Agent (VF/EA) that serves as a fiscal intermediary and provides Financial Management Services (FMS) to the individuals and their representatives. The Bureau of Fee for Services serves as a lead for Participant Directed Services within OLTL programs to include Grant Agreement oversight for the Fee for Service FMS Vendor. The Bureau of Fee for Service serves as the lead for OLTL’s implementation and oversight related to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) that is required due to Section 12006(a) of the 21st Century Cures Act. BFSP develops, manages, implements, and monitors EVV related activities. Currently BFSP is implementing a robust EVV compliance monitoring process.
