About The Position

Lead and manage a technical repair team. This role involves directing workload assignments, interfacing with customers and manufacturers, providing training, researching repair solutions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality systems. The position also includes evaluating job candidates and supporting the team's mission and goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Basic Electronics training.
Completion of Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
CET certified.
5 years of experience in electronics.
Customer relations training.
Must participate in ongoing UR management training.
Must have working knowledge of multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and be able to read manufacturers schematics.
Must use proper soldering and desoldering techniques.
People management skills.
Leadership skills.
Business skills.

Responsibilities

Effectively lead team of technicians.
Direct workload assignments within team.
