About The Position

We are actively hiring a Technical Targeting Officer to join our team working in Northern, VA.

Requirements

Bachelors and 3+ years of cyber and/or CNE targeting experience to support a client’s operational requirements
Experience with internet applications and protocols, Windows and Linux operating systems, SQL, Hadoop, or other DBMS is encouraged
Scripting languages such as Python
Certifications to include CISSP, GIAC GPEN, CEH, OSCP, CNDA, and Sec+

Nice To Haves

Network traffic analysis experience using Wireshark, Suricata, and nDPI, to baseline standard activity and identify anomalies strongly desired
Experience, an understanding or interest in business, cryptocurrency, finance, and/or related fields
Ability or interest in leveraging new technologies, including FINTECH would be a plus

Responsibilities

The position requires a strong understanding of digital networks, targeting concepts, and experience with IC tools and systems
Strong understanding of data collection, cleaning, and organizing raw data to find hidden patterns, draw conclusions, and use those conclusions to make better decisions (i.e. Perform Predictive analytics and Prescriptive analytics)
