Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience identifying and validating threat targets across multiple mission Areas of Responsibility (AORs) through comprehensive all-source target analysis using a variety of intelligence tools, databases, and analytical methodologies.
  • Minimum of three years of experience utilizing Intelligence Community (IC) targeting tools to support operational planning, target development, and mission execution.
  • Proven ability to communicate targeting results effectively through multiple reporting formats, including the development of comprehensive targeting packages and detailed analytical products.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sponsor targeting efforts by producing actionable intelligence and tailored targeting solutions to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing sponsor messaging systems to support operational coordination, information sharing, and mission execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related preferred.
  • Sponsor Targeting Officer certification or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Collaboration with foreign partners, fostering effective relationships, and supporting multinational or interagency initiatives.
  • Experience developing and delivering training, presentations, or instructional briefings to foreign partners, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging classified and open-source databases to support the collection and acquisition of foreign intelligence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary intelligence professionals to support operations targeting high-priority intelligence objectives.
  • Identify and develop targeting leads through the exploitation and analysis of classified and open-source databases to enable intelligence operations.
  • Assess potential counterintelligence concerns and drive operational activities through written products, briefings, and detailed targeting packages that support core collection efforts.
  • Review and analyze operational reporting and traffic to identify actionable intelligence leads and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive targeting packages aligned with the client’s operational objectives and intelligence requirements.
  • Coordinate with operational components across the sponsor organization to address targeting requirements, validate intelligence gaps, and develop new leads for operational exploitation.
  • Conduct detailed research and database queries on items of operational interest and disseminate relevant intelligence to appropriate customer components.
