About The Position

The Technical Targeter / Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (TDNA/DNEA) supports mission planning and execution through technical target development, network analysis, and digital intelligence exploitation. This role combines technical network analysis with operational targeting methodologies to identify, develop, and assess targets in support of cyber and intelligence operations. The position works closely with operational planners, analysts, and mission teams to support all phases of the USCYBERCOM targeting process, translating technical findings into actionable intelligence and operational opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Technical Targeter, TDNA, DNEA, DNI Analyst, or related cyber intelligence role
  • Experience supporting the USCYBERCOM targeting process and targeting methodologies
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, network infrastructure, and internet technologies
  • Experience conducting technical analysis using multiple intelligence and technical data sources
  • Experience developing target packages and supporting operational planning
  • Experience with network mapping, infrastructure analysis, and digital environment characterization
  • Ability to translate technical findings into operationally relevant intelligence products
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Computer Network Operations (CNO) or Cyber Mission Force (CMF) activities
  • Experience with SIGINT, cyber intelligence, or digital network intelligence analysis
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, adversary infrastructure analysis, and cyber threat methodologies
  • Experience with targeting tools, data visualization platforms, and analytic frameworks
  • Knowledge of cyber operational planning and mission assessment processes
  • Prior experience supporting DoD, NSA, USCYBERCOM, or Intelligence Community missions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical target development and digital network analysis in support of cyber and intelligence operations
  • Identify, analyze, and map network infrastructure, systems, and digital environments
  • Develop and maintain target profiles using technical and intelligence data sources
  • Support mission planning through target nomination, development, validation, and assessment activities
  • Perform network reconnaissance, infrastructure analysis, and pattern-of-life analysis
  • Correlate technical findings with intelligence reporting to identify operational opportunities
  • Support targeting efforts throughout the USCYBERCOM targeting lifecycle
  • Produce target development products, intelligence reports, and operational assessments
  • Collaborate with operators, analysts, and mission planners to support mission execution
