About The Position

Novarc Technologies is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots. As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the recruiting team with finding top talent to support various departments’ hiring goals. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and other team members to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, organized, and effective. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and closing candidates.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in robotics and/or software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, with a working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and customer-service oriented approach when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment on timing, location, and format, and handling changes promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on application status, interview scheduling, and next steps to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various recruitment channels, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and assisting with report generation and metric tracking.
  • Assist with sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, or internal databases and perform initial resume screening.
  • Help organize recruitment events, career fairs, or campus recruitment activities, coordinating logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up communication.
  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, facilitating background checks, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including organizing documentation, preparing interview materials, and maintaining files, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes.
