This role involves managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a customized RPO solution, ensuring quality assurance, and acting as a strategic partner. The manager will oversee project plans, define search requests, identify resources, set metrics, and develop creative sourcing strategies. They will enforce staffing methodology standards, review deliverables, manage risks, and prepare for project reviews. Effective communication with clients and senior management, issue resolution, and status meetings are key. The role also includes maintaining project documentation, developing client reports, tracking hours and expenses, and participating in project scoping. Identifying business development opportunities and managing client interactions and expectations are crucial. The manager will foster client satisfaction, maintain knowledge of the client's business, and suggest improvements. They will also lead and motivate the team, conduct performance evaluations, and manage a small requisition load if needed.
