About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a mid-level Technical Systems Analyst with an active Top Secret clearance to work onsite in Quantico, Virginia. The analyst will assist government leads with project management activities for ELSUR collection system projects. The role includes coordinating project schedules and processes, translating engineering requirements into resource definitions, developing software plans, conducting testing, documenting results, and supporting the preparation of operational, executive-level, and system reports. The position may require successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Four years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supporting ELSUR systems.
• Experience leading technical tasking or projects.
• Recent management experience related to telecommunications projects.
• Experience in technical editing.
• Knowledge of IT system network concepts, Agile software development principles, and current IT hardware capabilities.
• May be required to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Assist government leads with ELSUR collection system project management activities.
• Develop and maintain schedules for ELSUR system projects and related tasks.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to develop and track approved project risk, change, communications, issue, earned value, and market research processes.
• Translate engineering requirements into resource definitions for integrated master schedules, change requests, and configuration changes.
• Develop software plans, conduct testing, and document results.
• Support preparation of OTD, executive-level, and system reports.
