The position also involves managing the company's security program, VPN, and IT policies, as well as providing VIP and business traveler support. Additional duties include IT server room maintenance, network and file server issue resolution, PC/laptop repair, and security application management. A strong understanding of Windows, printers, servers, and networks is essential.
