About The Position

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an IT Technical Support I professional to provide hands-on technical support for a fast-paced airport development environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience
  • Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN networking, cabling, wireless connectivity, and VPN troubleshooting
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel between work locations as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Help Desk support for end users and respond to IT service requests
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Deploy and relocate computer equipment throughout airport facilities
  • Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
  • Support department events and special IT projects
  • Train and assist users with IT systems and equipment
