About The Position

Our client is looking for a Technical Support that will provide primarily phone support, email and chat. This includes troubleshooting issues over the phone, remote into machines, password resets and more. They will be taking about 40-50 calls, chats, emails daily to troubleshoot issues for end users.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Technical Support experience
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • 1 year of Office 365 experience
  • 1 year of Windows 10/11 experience
  • Browser support experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide primarily phone support, email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues over the phone.
  • Remotely access machines.
  • Perform password resets.
  • Handle 40-50 calls, chats, and emails daily to troubleshoot issues for end users.
