About The Position

Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Requirements

Associate's degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Basic computer skills for documentation, ticketing, and inventory systems.

Experience in low-voltage cabling, telecom, data centers, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Adapt to changing priorities and meet operational deadlines.
Push, pull, and maneuver server racks, carts, and equipment safely as part of a team.
