In this critical position, he or she will oversee a team of HVAC Technical Service Advisors and assure that they have the resources to perform their jobs in a timely manner. He or She will develop new technical resources to decrease response time and assure the field is as self-sufficient as possible. In addition, this key contributor is responsible for maintaining effective lines of communication throughout the business unit. In addition - they may handle complex HVAC troubleshooting cases from time to time as needed. Requirements

Associates degree or higher - preferably in HVAC or mechanical engineering-related discipline
6+ Years of commercial HVAC experience
Knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills

2+ Years of people leadership experience
SalesForce CRM experience
Bachelor's Degree
