Our U.S. site in Brecksville, Ohio, supports customers worldwide with high-quality test systems and technical expertise. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically accomplished and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary field-facing subject matter expert (SME) for our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and test bench product lines across the North American market. TEST-FUCHS Corporation is executing an ambitious growth strategy where success depends on earning the trust of major airlines, MROs, and OEMs. This role is designed for a self-driven aviation professional who brings deep hands-on experience with GSE operations, the uncompromising service cadence of commercial airline and MRO environments and airframe or powerplant systems. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers when they need reliable answers, and ensuring those answers are delivered with expertise, urgency, and precision. With this expansion of our North American operations, the Technical Support Specialist role offers a clear progression path into a Working Lead position, where you will guide and mentor junior team members while actively shaping and scaling our support delivery model.
