Requirements
- Experience supporting software users.
- Patience, clear writing and a knack for troubleshooting.
- Comfort learning products in depth.
Responsibilities
- Answer client questions and support requests every day, by email, chat and phone.
- Reproduce problems, write clear reports for engineering and follow through until they're fixed.
- Help new clients get set up and get their team started.
- Keep help articles current as our products change.
