About The Position
We are seeking an accomplished Technical Support Specialist to help keep a team of Field Technicians or Customers on track with service and repairs in the Printing and Packaging industries. Previous experience Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using technical documents, over the phone or in an office setting is preferred. Primarily an office-based role.
Requirements
- 2+ Years' experience in a technical service role.
- Customer facing experience, with a customer first attitude.
- Professionalism and documentation.
- Technical reading and interpretation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with heavy equipment or capital equipment is a major asset.
Responsibilities
