About The Position

The Technical Support Specialist provides full technical support to all corporate users for in-office and remote software packages. The tasks are diverse and wide ranging, and come with responsibility for administration of many packages. If you are a motivated, self-starter with good self-organizing skills this could be an exciting opportunity.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in computer science or information technology
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Prior experience in tech support, helpdesk support, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows and/or MacOS
  • Required to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days/week
  • Requires occasional after hours work to resolve urgent requests or to perform network maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Providing internal technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and security.
  • Administering and managing Voices’ Google Workspace, MDM, Zero-Trust and office network systems.
  • Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding tasks, related to hardware and software.
  • Manage the process of procuring hardware and software resources for new and existing employees.
