We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist who loves technology, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow beyond password resets and basic troubleshooting. At our company, you'll work with businesses across multiple industries, supporting modern IT environments that include: Microsoft 365, Azure & Entra ID, Sophos Security Solutions, Servers & Networking, Cloud Technologies, Business Applications, and Endpoint Management.   • Experience with Ticketing systems
  • Experience with Cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Business IT environments
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for business clients
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware issues
  • Respond to service requests and resolve technical problems efficiently
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate ticket notes
  • Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and migrations
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on projects and escalations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while solving technical challenges
