We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Weather Radar on our CareTech team in our Louisville, Colorado office. This will be an onsite position. The Technical Customer Experience Specialist (TCX) is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to customers, ensuring superior service and fostering strong relationships. This role actively engages with customers to enhance their experience, anticipate their needs, and drive commercial opportunities such as upselling and cross-selling. This role has a regional / global scope with Operational impact.
