About The Position

We’re seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with hands-on technical troubleshooting experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or phone support experience
  • 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience (HVAC or related preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in high-pressure situations
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on HVAC field experience or related certification/training

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to sales teams, contractors, distributors, engineers, and architects to promote and support company products
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot water heater issues over the phone, identifying root causes and delivering clear solutions
  • Research and resolve installation and product usage issues for contractors and end users
  • Differentiate between technical and business issues and resolve or escalate as needed
  • Accurately document warranty information and detailed case notes for each interaction
  • Follow up promptly to ensure customer issues are resolved
  • Support team members with high-priority technical inquiries
  • Respond to email inquiries related to product information and troubleshooting
  • Assist with multilingual support or Spanish call queues as needed
  • Participate in additional projects or assignments as directed
