About The Position

VALD is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join their team in a hybrid role, with the potential for fully remote work. The successful candidate will provide world-class support to VALD's expanding client base, working closely with product and success teams. This role requires becoming a product expert of the entire VALD suite, with comprehensive training provided. The representative will then utilize communication and client support expertise to deliver high-quality, timely support to clients globally.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A high degree of customer empathy.
  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently and independently.
  • Full working rights in the USA.
  • No restrictions to travel to the VALD HQ in Australia for onboarding.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
  • A willingness to work closely with engineering staff to identify and improve existing support processes.
  • Experience in a similar role technical / client support role.
  • Availability to work an offset workweek, including weekends or non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert across the entire VALD suite, knowing our systems inside-out.
  • Provide top quality, timely support to our global customers across a range of products.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues via phone and email.
  • Liaise with the VALD team across the world to ensure customer needs are met.
