About The Position

Imprimis Group / IGXperts is partnering with a growing, innovative company to hire a tech-savvy professional for a direct-hire position based in Frisco, Texas. The role supports day-to-day technical operations, projects, and customer initiatives, and offers hands-on experience working with technical teams and external customers. It is presented as an opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop technical skills and build a long-term career. The position follows a hybrid work model: three days in the office and two days remote, with flexibility around business travel. Domestic travel is approximately 40%.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field (required).
Open to candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Ability to travel domestically approximately 40%.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day technical operations, projects, and customer initiatives.
Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and assist with technical problem-solving.
Work closely with internal technical teams and external customers.
Assist with system setup, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
Document findings, communicate updates, and help improve processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Provide professional, responsive support while managing multiple priorities.
