The Technical Support Manager will manage the COHU THG Technical Support team in line with company objectives. This role involves guiding the team to leverage their product and customer knowledge to enhance pre-sales, post-sales, and product management effectiveness. A key focus is ensuring the knowledge development of Technical Support Specialists to improve the team's quality and efficiency, and to manage escalations within the required schedule. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Indus, QA, Product Management, FSE, Sales, and customers, with the ultimate goal of continuously improving Cohu products and working towards Zero Defects.
