The Technical Support Manager will contribute deep technical knowledge of Procelys products, customer applications, and internal processes (production, QC, Application Development, R&D). Working with North American and Latin American Account Managers, this role will deliver optimal fermentation nutrient solutions to customers, aiming to achieve business targets. A customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills are crucial for enhancing customer experience and driving Procelys' success.
