We are seeking a detail oriented Technical Support & Inventory Operations Specialist to support both our hardware logistics and customer technical support operations. This hybrid role combines warehouse inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping with technical troubleshooting and customer support for hardware used with our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is organized, technically inclined, and comfortable working both in a warehouse environment and directly with customers to resolve technical issues. This role requires hands-on experience with Windows device management, Epson thermal printer setup and configuration, and strong customer service skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in technical support, IT support, or hardware support roles.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and basic device management.
  • Familiarity with thermal printers (installation, drivers, networking, troubleshooting).
  • Experience with inventory management, shipping, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and patiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting POS hardware or receipt printers.
  • Experience working at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Experience using ticketing systems (Salesforce, Jira, etc.).
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, USB/network devices).

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse inventory including receiving, tracking, and organizing hardware equipment.
  • Pick, pack, configure, and ship hardware orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic inventory counts.
  • Coordinate shipping and returns using standard shipping platforms.
  • Prepare hardware kits and ensure devices are properly configured prior to shipment.
  • Track hardware assets and maintain documentation of inventory movement.
  • Provide technical support to customers for hardware used with the company’s SaaS platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows-based systems and peripheral devices.
  • Configure and support Epson thermal receipt printers, including drivers, networking, and connectivity.
  • Assist customers with hardware setup, installation, and configuration.
  • Document support issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Deliver professional and responsive customer service via phone, email, or support tickets.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain clear documentation and knowledge base articles when needed.
