Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program at the start of the internship. Job Summary: This individual will support procedural requirements of ZOLL's complaint handling, customer turnaround and event reporting systems. Supports quality improvement, corrective and prevention action program. Works under general supervision. Reports to Supervisor and/or Quality Assurance Manager.
