Reporting to the Director of Technical Support & Quality Assurance, the Technical Support Engineer is responsible for handling moderately to highly complex technical requests. This includes developing custom tools and performing specific engineering calculations. The role also involves contributing to training content and building specialized knowledge of the company’s products.
