About The Position

This is a hybrid remote position in Cleveland, Ohio, for a Technical Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, infrastructure, and cabling. The work will be a mix of in-office, on-site at customers, and work-from-home. Support will be provided via phone, chat, email, and in-person.

Requirements

• Technical Support, troubleshooting
• Empathy during customer communication
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Good communicator via phone, video calls, chat, and email
• Exposure to Meraki, RingCentral, Ubiquiti / UniFi, Brivo, Eagle Eye
