About The Position

Cognigy is transforming the customer service industry with the most advanced AI Agent platform for enterprise contact centers. Its award-winning solution, Cognigy.AI, empowers enterprises to deliver instant, hyper-personalized, multilingual service on any channel. This role will act as the first point of contact for issues, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, document procedures and resolutions, and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues. The role also includes participation in on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux
  • Familiarity with support tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
