About The Position

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer to support a client in the cybersecurity industry. The role offers an opportunity to help develop a new support practice at a fast-growing, innovative company, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in network security solutions. The position involves resolving customer technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and continuously developing technical expertise. The base pay range is $125,000–$150,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in network, security, or SaaS technical support.
• Strong skills in Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows, Linux, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Demonstrated success in a technical support role, ideally within the cybersecurity sector.
• Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of network security concepts, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Dedication to innovation, integrity, and high performance.
