In this role, the engineer will serve as a trusted technical resource to customers, providing both proactive and reactive support to ensure the best customer experience in the industry. This role is dedicated to select customers and requires additional background screenings, clearances, training, certification, carrying and using customer-provided equipment, and extended on-call shift timing based on customer contractual obligations.
