About The Position

A Technical Support Center Supervisor’s role is to monitor and maintain the Technical Support/CSR Employees and Supervisors. Lead Technical Support Center Supervisors are to ensure that all Technical Support/CSR Employees and Supervisors are following procedures and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when speaking with customers.

Requirements

  • Basic Computer Skills are necessary.
  • Enhanced Call Center experience is recommended.

Nice To Haves

  • A valid driver’s license is not required but is recommended.

  • Opening/Monitoring/Escalating Transport/Voice/New Install Tickets
  • Monitoring Agents Lunch/Break Schedule
  • Reviewing/Monitoring Closed Tickets
  • Monitoring Ticket Queues
  • Adding New DPS equipment into the inventory
  • Call Reviews (Quality Assurance)
  • Assigned Tickets
  • Global Mailboxes
  • Monitor Datto Alerts
  • Transport/Evening Shift Report
  • Approve/Deny Credits
  • Invoicing
  • Fax Server
  • VoIP LD Abuser
  • Invalid Credit Cards
  • Remote Call Forwarding
  • Basic Circuit Testing
  • Web-based Manual Upkeep
