About The Position

As a Command Center Support Technician, you will provide real-time inbound phone support to field technicians. You will monitor site progress, troubleshoot technical issues, document site data, and escalate critical issues to ensure seamless deployment operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Help Desk, Technical Support, or Call Center experience.
  • Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network communications.
  • Practical knowledge of POS systems and proficiency with MS Operating Systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux command line and remote Linux administration.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from field technicians to resolve setup and network issues.
  • Research and resolve technical problems using internal databases; escalate high-priority issues to Project Managers and the PMO.
  • Continuously track site progress, updates, and problem documentation in the R&R web portal.
  • Track technician time on-site and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
