As a Technical Support Associate (US) at realworld one, you will contribute to building a new category around one of the largest unmet opportunities in industrial enterprises: execution performance. Working closely with our global teams in the US, Germany, and India, you will support customers across North America by preparing and managing XR hardware, providing first-line technical support, assisting with technical inquiries, and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations. The role combines hands-on responsibilities in our Frisco, TX office with flexible remote work. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive individual with a strong interest in technology and XR, high quality standards, and a professional approach to customer communication.
