Internova Travel Group is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and support for hardware, software, and operating systems in an inter-networked environment. This includes supporting Windows OS and Mac OS desktops and laptops, desktop applications, browsers, printers, and telecommunications and video systems. The role also involves assisting with the onboarding process for new hires. This position is based in our Mid-town Manhattan office with a standard schedule of Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST.
