About The Position
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for computers, software, Microsoft 365, and other technology systems across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of IT support or desktop support experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Experience with asset management and technical documentation.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to end users.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PC refresh projects is preferred.
- Office relocation and EHR implementation experience are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices.
- Support PC refresh projects and office technology relocations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist users with technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Configure meeting rooms and audio/video equipment.
- Escalate critical issues to the IT Operations team when needed.
