The Tech Support Analyst II provides mid-level technical support for web and Windows-based applications built on the .NET and Microsoft technology stack. Working as part of a collaborative, agile team, this role is critical to supporting the State’s centralized crash reporting repository and traffic safety systems. The TSA II will troubleshoot application issues, analyze relational database data, and provide hands-on support directly to end users—primarily law enforcement professionals—who rely on these tools for public safety operations.
