About The Position

We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Dutch-speaking Technical Support Advisors for an international healthcare technology project based in Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team supporting innovative medical technology that helps improve people’s daily lives. As a Technical Support Advisor, you’ll assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide professional guidance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role is fully remote within Bulgaria, with relocation support available for eligible candidates.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Polish or Dutch
  • Good command of English (B2 or above)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and technical products
  • Ability to work accurately in a structured and regulated environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers using healthcare technology products
  • Troubleshoot product and device-related issues while guiding customers through effective solutions
  • Assist with repair, replacement, and service-related processes when required
  • Deliver professional customer support via phone while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
  • Follow established procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
