About The Position

As a Lease Consultant, you will identify, structure, and negotiate open land and rooftop sites for mobile network locations on behalf of leading network operators and tower companies. You will guide landlords through to the final signing of documents. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to reach your full potential – thanks to our transparent and uncapped commission structure.

Requirements

Excellent Dutch language skills, written and spoken (min. C1), good English skills
Very strong communication and negotiation skills
High self-motivation and independent way of working
Professional time and priority management

Nice To Haves

Solid knowledge of real estate and lease agreement structures is a plus

Responsibilities

Identification of commercially suitable open land and rooftop sites for mobile site development
Analysis of ownership structures, usage rights, and site potential
Negotiation of lease agreements for mobile network sites
Review of existing lease and financing structures based on contract history
Management of the entire signature and closing process
Maintenance of CRM, real estate, and contract databases
