In this role, you step in as the program's technical backbone, starting your day by evaluating system performance and guiding System Support Representatives across global locations. You provide oversight for mission planning systems, lead software deployments, and drive modernization initiatives that keep operations running smoothly. Throughout the day, you collaborate with government customers and program leadership to ensure alignment and operational continuity, and identify and resolve technical issues that could affect mission success. Your expertise shapes consistency and compliance across all supported locations, while your leadership supports cybersecurity standards, reporting efforts, and continuous process improvements, making you an essential force behind mission readiness.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship (required)
  • Active Secret Security Clearance (required)
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR 4 years of relevant IT experience
  • Experience supporting DoD, mission planning, or mission-critical IT environments
  • Demonstrated leadership, technical oversight, and problem-solving experience
