About The Position

Requirements

In-depth knowledge on advanced-node CMOS process integration and device physics.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifunctional, and multi-time-zone teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering major
12+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor process integration

Nice To Haves

Non-volatile memory technology development experience highly desirable.
Flash memory array characterization experience will be plus.
TCAD, PDK, circuit design, layout, device/product characterization, reliability, and qualification knowledge highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Embedded flash memory technology development, including process integration, design rule scaling, device optimization, failure analysis, and yield enhancement.
Technical project management, working with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams to accomplish process setup, test chip tapeout, silicon validation, yield demonstration, and reliability qualification on tight schedules.
Foundry/IDM/design house interfacing.
