This is an Internal ICBC job posting for applicants within the bargaining unit. The End User Platforms team at ICBC manages email, telephony, print and virtual desktop & application services. We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join the End User Platforms Citrix workgroup in Kelowna. The role focuses on maintaining, managing and supporting Citrix related services including virtual application, multi-session and single session virtual desktops. You’ll troubleshoot complex VDI issues, collaborate with infrastructure and security teams, and help evolve the environment as cloud adoption continues. A Technical Specialist acts as a technical subject matter expert and is accountable for ensuring day-to-day operational tasks are completed. They also provide support to corporate projects and lead the implementation of internal initiatives.
