You’ll translate technical needs into real-world solutions, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Requirements

  • A 2-year Technical Associate degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical customer service or technical sales
  • Strong critical thinking skills—you’re comfortable analyzing problems and finding practical solutions with existing and new parts.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate technical quotations for distributors, OEM customers, and end users.
  • Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and confidence.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding customers to the right product solutions.
  • Receive samples, take precise measurements using appropriate tools, and document findings.
  • Enter orders and manage sample requests, including tracking and processing returns.
  • Collaborate closely with design and production teams to communicate customer needs and evaluate solution feasibility.
  • Work alongside Design and Application Engineering teams to ensure alignment and technical accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Write and send professional customer communications.
  • Follow and support ISO procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to stay organized and efficient in your work.
