About The Position

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end QA activities across a suite of insurance applications including Guidewire, Underwriting Workbench, Excel-based Raters, PriceMonitor, Pinnacle, and Technical Pricing applications. The position involves defining and executing test strategies, managing QA teams, and collaborating with various business and technical teams to ensure quality deliverables. The role also focuses on driving defect management, promoting test automation, and supporting Agile delivery processes.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across Guidewire, Underwriting Workbench, Excel-based Raters, PriceMonitor, Pinnacle, and Technical Pricing applications.
• Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and release schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring effective resource planning, task allocation, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and Underwriting teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across insurance applications.
• Drive defect management, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor testing progress, provide status updates, and present QA metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and release activities.
• Promote test automation, process optimization, and adoption of QA best practices to improve efficiency.
