Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years related experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Assess sanitation problems and related issues effectively and communicate to the Dairy Direct Sales Specialists and/or customers.
  • Keeps accurate record of calls, including Wash Reports, Weekly call reports and document daily activities into CRM.
  • Develop your skill set as a problem solver, milk quality specialist, consultant and hygiene professional.
  • Return phone calls, texts and any correspondence to customers, co-workers and managers on a timely fashion. Phone calls and texts are to be returned by end of each working day. Emails and wash reports completed and posted within two working days unless specified.
  • Understand customer’s goals for milk quality and assist them to achieve them by providing problem solving solutions.
  • Manage your stock inventory and reconcile monthly.
  • Assist with inventory audits.
  • Complete necessary Service Request Approval forms, Order Forms, timecards, expense reports, and necessary agreements as directed by Supervisor.
  • Assist with other necessary duties when requested.
  • Communicate customer service needs pertaining to work and service important to milk quality to Supervisor and/or Co-workers.
