We capture digital exhaust and engineering context from assembly lines—images, test logs, BOM data, performance, repair cycles—and our AI engines identify insights that are difficult or impossible for human engineers to find. We're entering one of the most important periods in our company's history. Over the next year, we'll be building the team that defines Instrumental's next chapter. We're looking for a sourcer who loves the hunt. We see this area as solving one of the hardest puzzles in business: finding extraordinary people before anyone else does. We're looking for a sourcer who genuinely loves finding exceptional people – someone who gets excited by impossible searches and enjoys uncovering exceptional people that other companies overlook. This isn't a sourcing role where you'll work from static talent pools or rely on inbound applicants. You'll partner closely with recruiters, founders, executives, and hiring managers to develop creative sourcing strategies, map talent markets, and build relationships with exceptional candidates long before they're ready to make a move.
