About The Position

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer who is passionate about finding unique tech profiles and skilled in using advanced search techniques like booleans and GitHub. The ideal candidate will be excited about building tech talent pipelines with AI tools. At Vooban, we deliver AI and tech projects for diverse clients and need to build strong tech talent pools (devs, DevOps, data, AI strategists, architects) proactively. You will be the first point of contact for tech candidates, ensuring a positive initial experience.

Requirements

3+ years of sourcing experience, preferably with exposure to tech roles.
Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, including booleans, X-ray searches, and rare filters.
Excellent French and functional English for work.
A degree in HR, recruitment, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
High level of curiosity for technology, new tools, and identifying overlooked candidates.
Strong organization and rigor in managing candidate outreach and follow-ups.

Experience testing AI-powered sourcing tools.
Informed opinions on effective tech sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and pre-qualify top tech profiles in the market in collaboration with talent acquisition advisors.
Source tech profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow using advanced searches and personalized approaches.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate future needs.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition advisors to understand technical requirements beyond just the job title.
Pre-qualify candidates via a qualification form, coordinate phone interviews when there's a fit, and provide feedback when there isn't.
Maintain a clean and updated Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Monitor the tech market in real-time for emerging skills, compensation trends, and market conditions, and report findings.
Integrate AI into daily sourcing activities, including prototyping, testing, and automating processes, and discovering new tools.
