About The Position

Talentful is seeking a Technical Sourcer to find and attract software engineering talent for a client. The role uses deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and creative sourcing strategies, and works with one client at a time to become embedded in its culture. The sourcer partners with senior stakeholders to promote effective talent practices and collaborates with senior recruiters to support the top of the hiring funnel and hiring events while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract software engineering talent for the client.
• Use deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other creative strategies, to identify passive candidates.
• Work with one client at a time and become embedded in its culture socially and professionally.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and help them understand the value of effective talent practices.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring event support.
